Ultravelox small component cleaning machine “THUNDER” is designed to get the small machined components cleaned & dried perfectly without any damaged to the surface or geometry of the product. Our Thunder parts washer uses unique cleaning process of spray cum immersed washing machine that performs the washing of parts in continuous rotation along a horizontal axis. Slow rotation of the basket helps to clean even the shadow region which is inaccessible by direct spray. The machine comes with unique oil separator concept help us to make the fluid free from oil & contamination during recycling. The product suitable for fitting, Fasteners, small delegate parts & CNC machined components. Our machines are widely accepted by customers. This is widely used to clean & dry small parts which is difficult to process in Vertical rotating Basket machines. They are ideal for cleaning tiny components like stampings, bearings, Rivets, CNC machined small parts and screw machine items.
